Return Policy


At Colette and Sebastian, we take great pride in the quality of our products and we strive to give you a pleasant shopping experience.


If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your online purchase we are more than happy to refund your original method of payment for the full amount (minus shipping costs). Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of panties, suspender belts, bodysuits and any items purchased on sale or with a promo code. All gift cards are non refundable. We accept returns shipped within 7 days of receipt of package (as long as the items are unworn and in their original condition with the tags attached and in original packaging). Items showing signs of use or non-manufacturing damage will not be refunded. We recommend that you send returns by a traceable prepaid method such as Fedex or UPS. Your original method of payment will be refunded within 3-5 business days.

Cancel My Order


We want to get orders out to you as fast as possible, due to the quick speed at which they are processed we are unable to cancel an order once it has been entered into our system. If when you receive your purchase you are dissatisfied, we accept returns of unworn merchandise excluding panties and men’s underwear in the mail within 7 days to:

Shipping


Domestic:


Orders are shipped within 3-5 days, however, please allow for more time during the holidays. We use standard ground shipping from New York and once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email to confirm their order and tracking information. We are able to expedite orders if an express shipping fee is prepaid.  Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process the order.


International:


Orders are processed within 2-3 days, however please allow for more time during the holidays. Shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days and customers will be emailed the tracking number once the order has been shipped.


Duties and taxes are not included in purchases and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for them upon receipt of goods. We cannot guarantee the total of these fees as it varies country to country. We are unable to refund shipping costs if packages are rejected due to a customer’s failure to pay duties and taxes.
